Location Certificate | - Application duly filled in the white paper/ form prescribed with a court fee stamp worth rupees five affixed in it should be submitted to the Village Officer.
- The document of ownership, land tax receipts etc. are to be produced along with the application.
The prescribed fee should be remitted for the sketch plan issued by the Village Officers.- The Certificate will be issued after due enquiry and site verification. The Village Officer is empowered to issue location Certificate.
- Separate certificate will be issued for each purpose.

Caste Certificate( Other than SC/ST) | - The Village Officer is empowered to issue Caste Certificate.
- All caste/community certificates except SC/ST certificates are being issued by the Village Officer.
- Application duly filled in the prescribed form with a court fee stamp worth rupees five affixed in it should be submitted to the Village Officer along with school registration particulars, the caste related documents of the parents of the applicant, ration card and other supporting records to prove the Caste/ religion of the applicant.
- The Certificate will be issued with in 3 days.
- The Village Officer is empowered to issue Conversion Certificates.
- In case where the certificates can't be issued; the reason will be intimated to the applicant within 10 days.

Income Certificate | - The Village Officer is empowered to issue income certificates.
- The income certificate issued by the Village Officer is sufficient to produce before all state Government authorities with in Kerala State.
- Application duly filled in the prescribed form with a court fee stamp worth rupees five affixed in it should be submitted to the Village Officer, along with the documents of proof required ie. of property, salary certificate, ration card income tax return etc.
- SC/ST communities are exempted from paying the fee of five rupee court fee stamp.
- The Certificate will be issued by the Village Officer after making due enquiry regarding his income.
- The Certificate will be issued with in one week.
- The validity period of this certificate of persons having income up to Rs.36000/- has been enhanced to 1 year.
- Certificate of persons having income above Rs.36000/- has only six months validity period.
- The actual income of the family shall be shown in the application.
- The term "family" includes the applicant, father, mother/parents, unmarried brothers and sisters, unmarried sons and daughters and widow daughters depending the family.
- Income from salary, pension, business, rent, and land and property yielding from agricultural land and income from those who serve / conducting business in foreign countries etc.will be considered for issuing income certificates for various purposes.

Solvency Certificate | - Application in the white paper or in the format shown with a court fee stamp worth rupees five affixed in it should be submitted to the Village officer along with the document of ownership ie. title deed (in original), ration card, land tax receipt and stamp paper worth Rs.50/- .
- The encumbrance certificate for 12 years from the Sub Registrar Office is also to be produced to show the applicant is solvent.
- The Certificate will be issued by the Village Officer after making due enquiry with in 7 days.

Valuation Certificate | - Application in the white paper or in the format shown with a court fee stamp worth rupees five affixed in it should be submitted to the Village officer along with the document of ownership ie. title deed (in original), ration card and land tax receipt.
- The encumbrance certificate for 12 years from the Sub Registrar Office is also to be produced.
- Valuation Certificate (for value not exceeding Rs.100000/-) will be issued by the Village Officer.
- The Certificate will be issued by the Village Officer after making due enquiry.
- The Village Officer is empowered to issue valuation certificate for value not exceeding Rs.1, 00,000/-.

Residence Certificate | - Application duly filled in the prescribed Proforma with a court fee stamp worth rupees five affixed in it should be submitted to the Village Officer, along with the documents of proof such as ration card or the copy of voters' identity card.
- The Village Officer is empowered to issue residence certificate.
- Separate certificate will be issued for each purpose.

Nativity Certificate | - Application duly filled in the prescribed form with a court fee stamp worth rupees five affixed in it should be submitted to the Village Officer, along with the documents of proof required ie.of property, salary certificate (if employed), ration card and school certificate.
- SC/ST communities are exempted from paying the fee of five rupee court fee stamp.
- People those who are residing out side Kerala should submit the residential certificate along with their application to get the Nativity Certificate.
- The certificate will be issued to those who were born in Kerala State, their children and to the children of persons permanently settled in Kerala state in pursuance of their marriage.
- In all other cases only residence certificates will be issued.
- The Village Officer is empowered to issue nativity certificate.
- The validity period of this certificate has been enhanced to lifelong.
- Nativity certificates to be produced before the defense authorities are being issued by the Additional District Magistrate.
